Welcome to the Cat Dad Show. My name is Scott Colby, and this is an episode of the Soulful Paws Minute, where we're going to do some affirmations. Losing a beloved pet can leave us feeling vulnerable and exposed. So today, we're going to do five affirmations that will explore how allowing ourselves to be vulnerable can lead to strength and healing.

So I'm going to read these five affirmations. After each one, feel free to say them out loud or just say them silently to yourself.

I embrace my vulnerability, knowing that it's a source of strength and healing.

It's okay to feel a range of emotions. Each one brings me closer to understanding and acceptance.

By allowing myself to be vulnerable, I open my heart to love, healing, and connection.

I find strength in my vulnerability, knowing it is a testament to the deep love I shared with my pet.

I am gentle with myself, understanding that vulnerability is a courageous step towards healing.

I want to thank you for joining me in these affirmations. I hope they bring you just a little bit of comfort and help you find strength in your vulnerability as you grieve the loss of your pet. Just remember it's okay to feel deeply and to allow yourself that space to heal. Take care and be gentle with yourself.
